Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Additional documentation made public as part of the current congressional process.
